By submitting my photo or video for the Comfort Health contest I herby represent and warrant that I have the full legal right, power and authority to grant this agreement and hereby irrevocably consent the non-exclusive, irrevocable right, license, privilege and authority to use submitted “video”, “audio” and/or “still” images for the purpose of, but not limited to, educational and promotional/marketing purposes throughout the world on any medium or forum, whether now known or hereinafter created. I also waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the submitted material.

I further understand the “still” or “video” images or “audio” recordings shall not be distributed or exploited separately or independently of Comfort Health and their intended purpose it was captured or recorded.
